We're getting the season started and have FRESH CHICKEN weekly until late October. 

 

Chicken: Fresh is available if you pickup on SATURDAY.

 

Turkey: We have plenty of ground turkey and turkey cuts.  We begin taking Thanksgiving turkey orders in September, so keep watch!  

 

Lamb: This is lamb season!  We are processing lambs through the summer. 

 

Pork: We are processing pigs every month, so special orders should be placed now!

 

Duck: We have plenty of duck breast, legs and whole ducks.

We are open on Thursdays and Fridays from 12 - 4.  Contact us about picking up on other days or other times.  Please note we are ALWAYS closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.

CHICKEN

Raised on pasture, our slower-growing chickens live longer and healthier lives, and are supplemented with organic feed. We move them daily onto fresh "salad" to ensure a high intake of nutritious pasture, while they also enjoy the bugs and worms and keep the pasture clean for the sheep!

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
2 breasts per pack. Packs range from 1 lb to 2.3 lbs (they will be consistently one size or another in a given week, so we don't have the ability to choose different weight).

Canter Hill lambs are born on our farm and raised on pasture (exclusively). We do not feed antibiotics nor supplement with any grain at all. Lambs are typically processed between 6 and 11 months of age for optimal size and tenderness.

Canter Hill Farm raises Duroc pigs in our woods, supplementing their forage with our kitchen scraps (and generous donations from "Mom's Organics" in Radnor) and imperfect produce.

Cured ham is available in slices (ham steaks), wedges (typically 2 - 2.5 lbs, these are the end roasts of a ham), half hams (7 - 10 lbs). Smoked without sugar or nitrates, cured ham does not need to be cooked, but rather warmed through.
