We have frozen chicken through the winter, and fresh weekly, starting in mid-May.
Turkey: We have plenty of ground turkey and turkey cuts. We begin taking Thanksgiving turkey orders in September, so keep watch!
Lamb: This is lamb season! We are processing lambs through the summer.
Pork: We are processing pigs every few months, so special orders should be placed now!
Duck: We have plenty of duck breast, legs and whole ducks.
We are open on Thursdays and Fridays from 12 - 4. Contact us about picking up on other days or other times. Please note we are ALWAYS closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.
