Grass-Fed Lamb
How it's raised

Grass-Fed Lamb:

About our Flock:

We have a mixed flock of Dorsets, Suffolks and Katahdins that we have been breeding for size and for natural parasite resistance.  Since we do not medicate, and seek to avoid the use of any chemicals, honing the genetics of our flock has proven the most effective method at preventing problems.  We raise our lambs on 100% pasture after they have been weaned at approximately 100 days of age.

AVAILABILITY:  We have just completed our last processing for the season, so if you want specific cuts - get them now!  Our next processing will be in April of 2012.  We have frozen cuts available as supplies last through the winter.  We use a USDA butcher to process our lamb, and can provide custom cutting instructions.

We are committed to pasture-raised, antibiotic-free and chemical-free poultry, lamb and produce.
